Dear Neighbors,
It's going to get a lot worse in the coming months.
And if you always vote for Democrats you are a part of the problem.
Just as it is possible for an individual to go insane, it is possible for a whole country to go insane. Remember Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, Imperial Japan, and Maoist China? Folks, a nation can get off balance and go crazy. We are now in danger of this same thing happening to America!
My Democratic Party trusting friends, let's first fix our modern political spectrum. Here is the conventional belief showing extreme dictators. Notice Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini on the extreme right. And here are Joseph Stalin and Mao Tse Tung on the far left, for example. But this belief, as commonly taught in the public schools, is not accurate.
The Nazis were actually not right wingers. Nazi, the word "Nazi" is an abbreviation. It comes from: National Socialist. Oh, now that's interesting, isn't it? You see, socialists are left wingers. Their thinking is that government should tell business what to do. "One party, one people, one leader," they said. That Nazi creed is not so different from the old Soviet saying: "The party and the people are one."
In Germany in the mid-1930s Adolf Hitler commissioned Dr. Ferdinand Porsche to design the people's car. It would be the German answer to the American Model T car. Dr. Porsche did a good job. He designed the first Volkswagen beetle; the people's car - the folks-wagon.
Hitler's lieutenants told Mercedes-Benz what to do. German corporations came under the thumb of the government. That is a left-wing way of thinking. National Socialists means: Nazis. Nazis were never actually right wing, now were they?
Der Führer was Time Magazine's Man of the Year for 1938. That article is now on-line. Here is part of what Time's editors had to say back then: "But Führer Hitler does not regard himself as a revolutionary; he has become so only by force of circumstances. Fascism has discovered that freedom — of press, speech, assembly — is a potential danger to its own security. In Fascist phraseology democracy is often coupled with Communism. …" This was in Time Magazine. Then in 1939, seeking to divide up Europe between them, Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia signed a 10-year non-aggression past, i.e. they were on the same side. At least, they were on the same side as long as it suited both Stalin and Hitler. Communism and socialism are both left-wing kinfolk. Again, Nazi is the abbreviation for: National Socialist.
Let's move Hitler over to the left side, to join Time, Trotsky, Marx, Lenin, Mao, and Stalin. Now all three of these dictators here were also competitors with each other. We know that the Communist Chinese and the Communist Russians often fought with each other, right? Totalitarian regimes do that. There is no honor among thieves. They can betray each other, even sinking so low as to claim that one of their own must actually be a right winger instead, why he's that awful.
For most of the 20th Century the most important newspaper from Moscow, Russia was Pravda. Those of us old enough to remember the Cold War recall hearing about things written in Pravda. It was the Communist Party mouthpiece out of Moscow. Prior to Russia's Bolshevik Revolution back in 1917-18, Vladimir Lenin was Pravda's main editor. And that makes sense, doesn't it? One who controls information flow has great power. They can be king makers or muckrakers; that's true in any country, of course.
Italy's equivalent radical newspaper back then, i.e. Italy's Pravda, was called: Avanti. It was the far left wing newspaper. Guess who became editor of Avanti in 1912? A young Benito Mussolini. Yes, it's true. In fact, from over in distant Russia, Lenin's Pravda newspaper reported on this as a good turn of events. Mussolini would help to steer Italy leftward.
So, in Russia the left-wingers became known as Bolshevik Communists. In Germany the left-wingers who took over in the 1930s were National Socialists, or Nazis. And in Italy, the left-wing fascists came to power. Let's look at the chart again. All were left-wing.
Italy - the land of ancient Rome! The Senate. Roman law.So if they could all fall to dictators in the 20th Century, what would make us think that America is somehow immune?
Germany - the land of Martin Luther and of Beethoven.
Russia - one of the old European powers. The largest country in the world.
China - with its thousands of years of history, inventions, and civilization.
Fascism: the symbol is to bundle things together, like one would do with sticks. There is an interesting discussion of this way of thinking about people in Jonah Goldberg's book, "Liberal Fascism" in Chapter 9, (in the first edition) on pages 338-340, which compares fascism to Hillary Clinton's treatise "It Takes a Village" showing that they are essentially the same.
Did you know that President Obama fired the head of General Motors in March of 2009? Yes. It happened. Today in America, more and more, left-wing government is trying to tell business what to do. New "environmental" regulations are choking American businesses.
How does an entire country go insane? Can we recognize it when it happens? Are there those in the country who see it happening, can't believe it, but they're powerless to stop it? Back in the 1930s in Germany there were some Germans who resisted the socialists. But the violent ones on the left eventually overwhelmed them.
Similarly in Russia there were resisters - folks with common sense, but there were also many people who believed that communism could work. Things would get better. If they could just finally get the counter revolutionaries subdued then a communist utopia would result. Meanwhile the backwards, anti-business Soviet system made them poorer and poorer.
70 years of communism taught the Russians some hard lessons and led to millions sent to Siberia and millions more left dead. But Pravda Newspaper is still around. However it is very different now. On April 27, 2009, about 3 months after Mr. Obama took office, Pravda had an extremely interesting article: "American capitalism gone with a whimper." It is available to read on Pravda's web site. It says in part: "First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas than the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their 'right' to choke down a McDonald's burger or a Burger King burger than for their constitutional rights. ...
"Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches ... were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more than happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the 'winning' side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. ..." Ouch!
Russia's Pravda lecturing America on where we went wrong!? And you know what, I think that Pravda may be right! The article continues, trying to tell Mr. Obama to not make the same mistakes that Russia suffered through. But he hasn't been listening. The article's title again: "American capitalism gone with a whimper."
Another interesting Pravda article is about Mr. Hussein Obama's lack of a US birth certificate. It's on-line if you are interested: "Barack, The Amazing Mr. Obama" from December 12, 2008. In 2012 the Democrats will probably have to field someone other than him if just one or two states in the Union require a long-form birth certificate from each presidential candidate. Folks, the Kenyan Communist just doesn't have one. The left-wing Democratic leaders sure do get angry when we insist that they follow the US Constitution from time to time.
America has been the land of the free and the home of the brave. But that's not actually the liberal vision, now is it? Freedom and bravery are not primary virtues for liberals. Well, not bravery in an honorable sense. They can be bold to assert their right to sexual perversion or to defend the environment above human rights. Both pull people downward. Land of the free and home of the brave, under excessive Soviet-style government control? Not hardly.
The Nazi Party early on had three secret police organizations. The Gestapo, the S.A. and the S.S. The S.A. was run by Ernst Röhm; he was a, forgive the term but, flaming homosexual. They were all "tolerant" liberals and he had been one of Hitler's closest friends. The S.A. men were often sent to beat up slow conservatives who thought they still had human rights. Some intimidation, a beating or two, a few broken windows, that should solve the problem, heh, heh. But later Röhm was becoming too powerful in his own right, so Hitler agreed that he needed to go. The S.S. run by Heinrich Himmler decapitated the S.A. in June of 1934. Röhm was gone and the Nazis decided to become anti-homosexual after that. Liberals can change which perversions they endorse and which they abhor over time as they see morality and values as relative.
By the way, I'm an environmentalist. That makes me a good person, doesn't it? When I say that I become good, huh?
I care about the environment most of all, so I'm a good guy then, huh? Do you think so?
Did you know that the Soviets and Nazis liked to claim that they were good environmentalists too? Don't look at their actions. Just listen to their words. They're good people then, huh?
Several years ago former Vice President Al Gore made a documentary on global warming called “An Inconvenient Truth.” Ever left-wing Hollywood gave him an Academy Award for it. Say, umm, did you know that Al Gore's mansion near Nashville uses about 20 times more electricity than an average American household.? That's 20 times more gas and electricity than you use. He wants to lecture us on the environment? Don't look at his actions, just listen to his words, please. This is what we call a real inconvenient truth. Is Gore a good person or not? Are you fond of hypocrites?
Similarly, the well known actor, John Travolta, also likes to lecture on global warming and energy conservation. Travolta owns five personal jets. Count 'em: five jets. One personal jet alone uses a lot of fuel. He has five, but he tells others to be good environmentalists. There seems to be two standards here, one for those who want to take over as in the book "Animal Farm" by George Orwell, and then another standard for the rest of us. "Four legs good, two legs ba-a-ad." The sheep like to listen to and repeat the pigs in that fictional story.
Okay now, let's back up for a minute.
You have a few conservative friends or co-workers, don't you? Even though they're conservatives, they're actually okay as people, aren't they? At least the ones you know. Maybe they're the exception. You are sure that most of those conservatives out there are hateful, racist, intolerant prudes, aren't they? They're such right-wing bigots, aren't they? What kind of Neanderthals are they, anyway? Have I hit enough of the name calling that you know what I'm talking about?
But what if all conservatives are just like the caring, thoughtful, normal citizens like the few conservatives you know? Is that possible?
I used to live in Berkeley, California for 5 years. Yes, it's true. I lived right downtown for most of that time, in the conservative town of Berkeley. Well, it seemed conservative to me.
I was a part of the dot-com boom about 10 years ago. I worked in San Francisco's financial district and in downtown Oakland for much of my time there. I really liked Berkeley. It is very dark spiritually but I like to discuss and debate. Not argue. But I like to debate and to try to understand how people think.
These days I live in southern Indiana. The Midwest. Very different from Bezerkeley. Anyway, I would sometimes ask my liberal Berkeley friends about various topics. Here's one: "What do you think about Rush Limbaugh?" It would usually take some time before the gnashing of teeth and hair pulling would finally cease. Then I could calmly ask the follow-up question: "How often do you listen to him?"
What!? How often!? ... The general response was commonly "Never!" Never? Really? How can a person have such a strong negative reaction based on patent ignorance? It certainly is not an educated position, now is it? Do you sense a society that is on its way to self-inflicted insanity?
Is Rush Limbaugh a racist? Raise your hand if you think so. If so, what on Earth are you basing that opinion on? Now then, a couple of years ago Mr. Limbaugh was a part of a group of investors who wanted to buy a particular sports team. The media got wind of this, licked their left-wing lips, and decided to attack in force.
The left-wing propaganda bureaus quickly started broadcasting three racist quotes, supposedly spoken by Rush in years past. How could a man like him become part owner of a major sporting franchise? The problem is that none of them were in fact true. That was their best supposed evidence that he's a racist? Think about this. Rush Limbaugh speaks mostly unscripted, off the cuff on nationwide radio, listened to by 15 to 30 million people on any weekday. That's 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, for 45 to 50 weeks per year. And that's for 20 years now. But not a single valid racist statement in all that time? If there is any person in the entire world who should have been publicly outed as a racist by now, it should have been him if true, correct? But in actuality the prejudiced liberals still do not have a single valid quote of Rush making a prejudiced statement in his beliefs. Zero. Nada.
Do you still think that Rush Limbaugh is a racist? For Heaven's sake why? Are you so under the spell of left-wing propaganda that you no longer care about the truth?
As I stated at the beginning of this letter - if you always vote for Democrats you are a part of the problem.
The Nazis were very self-righteous in their preconceived notions and prejudices. Some of the old photos show a Nazi officer laughing or with his hands on his hips while a Jew was being tortured or killed. They really believed in their value system. And the Soviets could be equally prideful and self-righteous. I personally got to witness the left-wing Soviet arrogance back in the late 1970s. I was in the US Army stationed in West Germany. I went to Berlin one week under orders and visited East Berlin for a day. I was walking around in a formal dress military uniform. It was obvious to all that I was a member of the US Army. Twice I passed Soviet officers who looked down on me with disdain. How odd? Such smugness; such belief in their rightness that alternate perspectives or the plain truth cannot even be considered.
Ann Coulter's excellent book "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and Their Assault on America" (first edition) on page 256 she records: "At the 2008 Republican Convention, for example, liberal protesters were arrested for smashing police cars, slashing tires, breaking store windows, and possessing Molotov cocktails, napalm bombs, and assorted firearms. No conservatives protested at the Democratic National Convention. Sarah Palin and Condoleezza Rice have been rushed by crazed liberal women in public forums. Conservative speakers on college campuses have been repeatedly physically attacked by liberals. Bill O'Reilly, Matt Drudge, and Sean Hannity, among others, have been harassed at their homes by liberals."
Molotov cocktails? Napalm bombs? Why? Slashing tires? Such smugness in self-righteous derangement. The land of the free and the home of the brave? Not for much longer if we don't wake up. The American left-wingers are not yet wearing brown shirts or matching arm bands. But they're ready for someone to unite them in their prejudices and hatred. Folks, some liberals have gone to the personal homes of leading outspoken conservatives to harass and intimidate. It sounds like they're in training to join a new version of the S.A. My Democratic neighbors, it is not the conservatives who are prejudiced and filled with hatred. The road to Hell is paved with the good intentions of Democrat sheep. I know that the media tells you that the Democrats are the good guys. What I am wondering is why you are so ignorant of the world and of history to believe it?
In the same chapter of Coulter's book, "Guilty" she discusses assassins. Assassins. What kind of person would try to assassinate a leading political, religious, or business leader? See Chapter 7 as she goes through several of them, showing their liberal, radical, anti-normalcy roots. Almost all of them fit this left-wing persona.
Remember Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols? Back in the Clinton Administration there was a strong push to try to cast the Oklahoma City Bombers as conservatives, and by implication that armed conservatives are a danger to America. The Oklahoma City bombing was exactly two years to the day after the Waco religious group's compound in Texas was lit on fire and burned down. Snipers shot in to make sure they could not escape the flames. Watch the video "Waco: Rules of Engagement" if you are interested in more on this. Anyway, there is good evidence that McVeigh and Nichols were trained in bomb making by Muslims. Take a look at the book, "The Third Terrorist" by Jayna Davis, if you are interested. But one thing that they were not - was normal, right wing patriotic Americans.
"In government we trust." The murderous left-wing beliefs and actions of Mao, Hitler, Stalin, most assassins, Mussolini, Pol Pot ... I'm seeing a pattern here. They are not normal. We answer to God for our words, our actions, and for our lives. Governments are temporary; humans each die and then go back to await God's judgment. Jesus said, “Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's, but render unto God that which is God's.”
Remember the two greatest commandments: Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And secondly, love your neighbor as yourself. Environmental things like the furry little animals and those big tall trees are much further down the list. There is a sentence scratched into the concrete of a particular sidewalk in downtown Berkeley that I remember. It says, "Trees are our brothers." Yeah, if you have wood for brains!
The last big stock market crash was back in 1929. Then many big bank failures soon followed in the early 1930s. For decades after that there were folks who stuffed money into their mattresses rather than trust the banks again. But time has lulled us into complacency over these many years. We have forgotten.
My friends, my neighbors, please listen to me. It is no coincidence that the hardships of the 1930s Great Depression saw radical dictators spring up in many countries. The big crash was in October of 1929. Life savings were ruined. Export markets dried up. Countries turned inward. People soon got desperate. In Spain there was a revolution starting in 1931. Japan invaded China's Manchuria region that same year. Mussolini was already the Prime Minister of Italy; he tightened his grip on power. Stalin starved the Ukraine into mass famine during 1932-33 so he could sell their grain on international markets. And in Germany, Hitler and the Nazis were elected into power in 1933 and 1934. The Nazis dissolved the Bundestag, Germany's Parliament or Congress. Soon fear of the Gestapo, the S.A. and the S.S. secret police organizations began to keep the people in line. It happened so quickly, over a matter of months. As soon as the trade unions were no longer needed they were also dissolved and their leaders imprisoned.
When Mr. Obama ignores the US Constitution and apathetically shrugs about the rule of law time and again, it really frightens me. He apologizes for the US to other countries? Excuse me? What kind of man is this? Is he a well-meaning but naive type like Neville Chamberlain or Jimmy Carter? Or is he something much worse, now in the making? Regarding illegal aliens in America, on July 25th of this year, Mr. Obama said: "Now I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. Believe me ... [pause for cheers from crowd; chants of "Yes You Can!"] ... But believe me, right now dealing with Congress, believe me ... the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you, not just on immigration reform. But that's not how our system works. That's not how our democracy functions." Of course he is tempted in that way. But if it is not him, it may be the next one. This is getting worse and they're getting more virulent and more violent.
Last year in both Wisconsin and Indiana, two sets of state-level democratic lawmakers all bolted to Illinois, so they could avoid voting in their respective states. Is that what an elected representative should do? Are today's Democrats in favor of the democratic process? Is it their words or their actions that we should be watching? Is it tempting for left-wingers to do things on their own? The Bundestag had gotten in the way of hope and change, so it was bypassed.
It is going to get a lot worse around the world in the coming months. Food prices are going to skyrocket. Are you ready? The US dollar and the Euro are going down. If you think that prices for basics are high now, just wait. And when times get tough like after 1929 people tend to riot and as they did in the 1930s it led to the rise of left-wing dictators in many lands.
Back when I lived in Berkeley I would sometimes remind a programmed liberal that conservatives see the media headlines too. We see what the liberal media is doling out every day. ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, the New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, etc. Yes, of course we are aware of their news. But conservatives are strong enough to read and view multiple perspectives on important issues. And notice that unlike liberals we don't have to resort to name calling. We quote accurately, not making up fake or out of context quotes. So if you think about it, which side has a more educated perspective on the world and on important issues, those who just believe based on one side or those who are strong enough to hear multiple sides on important issues like conservatives do all the time?
The ultra-wealthy internationalists and their hired politicians (some from both political parties) are providing incentives to push good jobs overseas to China or down to Mexico. That means less good paying jobs here. Then they want our borders left open so illegals can flood in and take more jobs and apply for government benefits. Immigration invasion. Where does that leave us, folks? Did you know that the unemployment rate for young black men is at 50% now? What a tinder box! Gee, that sure is wonderful that we got a black president, huh? He's been in office for almost 3 years. But maybe, maybe it's George Bush's fault if you're unemployed today.
Think. Learn to think. It's hard. It takes time and effort. Please join us. We need you or else America will go the way of Russia, Germany, Italy, Japan, China, Cambodia, and other modern countries. Liberalism is bad. If you vote for liberals you are a bad person.
In the Ten Commandments the last one is "Thou shalt not covet." To covet is to want what someone else has. You know, isn't that what socialism is based on? Coveting? They call it social justice today. But it's just stealing by another name.
Jesus said that it is better to give than to receive. We should do that. But isn't that very different than the democrat, socialist, liberal, communist, Nazi, or fascist - all left-wing - models of: "It is better to take from you than for you to decide how to give by yourself"?
Love God with all your heart soul, mind, and strength. Then love your neighbor as yourself. I cannot tell a lie. Honesty is the best policy. The land of the free and the home of the brave. These values are in stark contrast with left-wing objectives: It depends on how you spin it. Religion is the opiate of the masses. Two steps forward, one step back. And finally, "It depends on what the word 'is' is."
Pray. Our Maker wants to hear from you. Read the Bible. It is time tested over thousands of years in cultures around the world. Think. Learn about the world from multiple honest news and history sources. Let us help to keep America from going insane during the coming economic upheavals. That starts with you and me. As Pravda said we have let ourselves fall into learning more about TV idols than about the classics. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Don't waste yours by believing their left-wing propaganda.
Sincerely, Paul Abramson
